Yang Tai Chi

Yang tai chi  system has become popular in recent years to become a worldwide exercise phenomenon.  Tai Chi Chuan classes are now practiced in many sports centres, schools, community centres etc around the world as part of a daily exercise routine.Tai chi is practiced slow, with low impact movements that benefit both body & mind 

 

Many of the health benefits of practicing Tai Chi Chuan can be seen through the slow graceful circular, fluid and relaxed movements.There is elegance and a sense of ease and balance in these movements with a calm and focused mind when performing  tai chi forms. One will benefit in both body and mind with regular practice of tai chi.

 

Tai Chi Chuan is an exercise that can be practiced by all age groups , it can be practiced well into one’s eighties, nineties and beyond.It has become one of China’s most recognizable cultural art forms, and has deep roots in traditional Chinese philosophy and self-cultivation exercises.
