Sifu Gary Cassidy

 Gary Cassidy, Sifu (teacher) of Southern Chi Gung Academy has over 40 years’ experience teaching Chow Gar Praying Mantis Gung Fu - Qi Gong and Tai Chi martial arts garnered from studying in Hong Kong & London under renowned Chow Gar Master Paul Whitrod. Sifu Cassidy has been established in Ireland since 2000, opening the first full time martial arts academy in Tuam, County Galway in 2015. Sifu Cassidy is available to answer all queries on the benefits of QiGong and Tai Chi for health and wellness, and consultations on Qi Gong lessons and Tai Chi lessons. The Southern Qi gong  Academy’s purpose built martial art centre is Located in the heart of Tuam and is open to all age groups and members of the community.
